A Tribute to Mr. Donald Jones

A very special thank you to our local Historian and all around great person Mr. Donald Jones. Donald, now 98 and a self-described "gung-ho Bangorian" is perhaps the projects biggest cheerleader. Donald has been a long time contributor to the Slate Belt and Veterans, and has shared so much of his time and knowledge over the years. From day one of the Mural Project, Donald has encouraged it and made generous monetary donations for paint and other supplies to support our wonderful Artists.
